Connect is QLIK's annual flagship event in Orlando, bringing together customers, partners, and influencers. Beyond the buzz of the exhibition hall, the goal was to capture content that would extend the event's reach long after the last keynote.
The Thinking
Multiple formats were used to maximise the moment. An "Insider Series" roundtable, filmed live on the show floor, gave customers a platform to share views on industry trends. Workshop presenters were recorded on green screen ahead of sessions, creating polished content in a 3D virtual studio. Footage from the first two days was cut overnight into a high-energy film to open day three, while vox pops from around the event added authentic, fast-turnaround perspectives.
Big events are high investment. Capturing diverse formats in real time ensures the impact isn't limited to attendees, it multiplies across digital and sales channels.
The Outcome
From a single event, QLIK built a rich library of content from hero videos to snackable clips, fuelling campaigns and engagement for months after the exhibition closed.
